  • Once you've selected your items, simply place your order through our easy-to-use online booking system, or contact our team directly by phone or email. We’ll confirm availability and lock in your event details, including the rental duration, delivery/pickup times, and any special requests.

  • After booking, we’ll reach out to confirm all event details, including the address, time, and any logistical requirements for setup (such as space and surface for inflatables and tents, power outlets, water sources, in-ground plumbing, etc.). These details are essential for a stress-free setup and will eliminate unforeseen obstacles in order to ensure an uninterrupted, epic event.

  • Prior to your event you’ll receive a quick phone call from us to confirm a delivery window. We promise you’ll be all setup before your event begins. On the day of your event, our professional team will arrive at the scheduled time to deliver your rental items. We handle all the setup for you, ensuring that everything is placed correctly and safely for your guests to enjoy. From inflating bounce houses to arranging chairs and tables, we take care of the details so you can focus on enjoying the event.

  • Once everything is set up, it’s time to enjoy the party! Whether it’s the excitement of a giant inflatable slide or the smooth sound of your PA system, we ensure that everything works flawlessly so you and your guests can have an unforgettable experience.
